M24_benchmark_datasets

Datasets for replicating M24 benchmark results for UAP OpenFOAM.

For reproduction:

once per cluster

  • Download M24 version code from gitlab.com
  • Enter proper OpenFOAM environment for compilation. Use versions v1912 or v2006.
  • Install with Allmake

once per mesh size

  • In an empty directory unpack selected stage1.tar.xz and case.tgz
  • Edit simulate.job.* files in case directory for scheduler parametrization
  • Edit uapFoamFunction file for proper call of mpirun command and cluster setup (hostSetup and _run_application_base functions)
  • Beware that uap_foam.cfg comes from the state.1 pack.

once per simulation

  • cp -r case run ; cd run
  • Edit uap_foam.cfg and simulate.job.3 for desired core and node count
  • submit simulate.job.2 for domain decomposition
  • submit simulate.job.3 for simulation
